Which cookies we set, what each one is for, how long it lasts, and how to turn off the ones that are not essential.

CSRF token — prevents another site from submitting forms as you. Session-length.
Load balancing — keeps your requests on a consistent server during a session. Session-length.
Consent record — remembers your cookie choices so we do not ask again on every visit. Twelve months.
These are set on the basis of necessity and are not subject to consent, because without them the service you asked for cannot be delivered.
Preferences — remembers your language, time zone display, saved filters and list-versus-grid choices so you do not reset them each visit. Twelve months.
Draft state — keeps an unsent project brief or proposal in place if you navigate away before submitting. Thirty days.
Declining these does not break the platform. It means you will re-set preferences each visit and may lose an unsaved draft.
Usage analytics — which pages are viewed, which searches are run, where flows are abandoned. We use this to find out which parts of the product are not working. Aggregated, and we do not use it to build profiles of individuals. Thirteen months.
Performance monitoring — page load timings and client-side errors, so we can fix what is slow or broken. Thirty days.
These are set only if you accept them.
We do not set advertising cookies, we do not embed third-party ad trackers, and we do not sell data to data brokers. Promoted listings on this platform are labelled as sponsored and are served from our own systems without third-party tracking.
Our payment processor sets cookies during checkout for fraud prevention. These are necessary to take payment safely and are governed by that provider's own policy.
Embedded content from other sites, where it appears, may set its own cookies. We block third-party embeds until you accept them where the law requires that.
You can change your choices at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in.
